Use your own custom fonts with Typekit…

Fed up with using the same old font? Now you can use your own custom fonts with Typekit,  the fonts are hosted on their own servers, and providing you know HTML and CSS you can customise them as you would with regular web safe fonts using custom classes and id’s. You can sign up for a 30 day trial at Typekit.

An alternative solution is to use Google Font Directory which hosts a fair amount of custom fonts already for free, or you can also choose to submit a font…

Today is very exciting day for all the team at Brandammo. We have opened up a new division dedicated solely to the e-commerce sector. Brandammo Commerce is primarily centred around the powerful e-commerce framework Magento, creating bespoke extensions, community themes and offering installation and development of Magento.

With the launch of Brandammo Commerce our first offering to the public is our extremely poweful ProNav extension. ProNav acts on the static blocks within Magento’s admin area and displays each assigned block as a drop down menu. We have seen many navigation extensions being offered on Magento’s marketplace, but we knew we were on to something when we conceived this extremely simple concept of attaching a chosen static block to an individual navigation item as a drop down area.
